Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please contact us at martin@aerobearo.com before sending back any items so we can provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. AeroBearo AB is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us before sending anything back.


Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened (e.g., products used in direct contact with skin or water).
This does not affect your legal rights under Swedish or EU consumer law.
